nearly done were provided tui, europe's largest travel provider, with a user interface and information architecture that is utilised in the main booking flow on thomson.co.uk. tui expect the traffic to triple within 18 months from 2007 to mid 2008 and the pages prepared by nearly done had to be able to cope with this expected massive rise in bookings.

this project involved liasing with their in-house graphic design team, applying usability and accessibility best practices to the pages and creating the front end code.

the end result of this refactoring project increased the look-to-book ratio from 2.5% to over 7% within three months of go live.
